- Extract identical numericOnly inline functions from powerball and
  megamillions into shared sites/internal/parse.NumericOnly with tests
- Extract duplicated DuckDuckGo result parsing from Search() and
  GetResults() into shared extractResults() helper

Closes #13, #14
