Claude 136dcdc25f ui: migrate Models panel and Playground to shadcn ...

- ModelsPanel uses Card, Button, Badge and a dropdown menu for actions
- Playground uses shadcn Tabs for the switcher while keeping every
  interface mounted to preserve state
